Lot Clean up and haul away trash and debris, landscaping and bush trimming, Prep and paint soffit, fascia. window exterior trim. Bath room flooring, Dry wall repair and paint main bath room. Rick and his wife were the primary workers on this job, they painted my single story about 1250 SQ ft home. The main spray on the house looks great and they finished that in about 5-6 hours. We gave them a tough color combination and they had to do multiple coats on the trim over the course of a couple days, which for the most part looks good. There are a few spots that were missed on further inspection, and some of the trim detail work could have been a bit better, but overall I was happy with job that they did. There bid was competitive for the labor, paint and supplies are bought by the homeowner, and they were always in communication with me even though we couldn't be there while the painting was being done.
