Introduction: The first thing that comes to mind is the actual personal experience we have being the primary cleaners in more than a few very busy commercial high rises and office complexes in the local area for a number of years. When a customer uses our services, they have constant access directly to the owner, not a manager who may or may not have a genuine concern for you. I like the fact that we have the ability and knowledge to help people in unfortunate situations where other firms are looking to capitalize on their situation. And I like being able to do the right thing rather than the profitable thing some manager is ordering me to do because I'm the boss. I don't have to worry about pleasing a boss so I can focus on pleasing the customer. Anyone who works for me is, and will continue to be, trained in the same mindset.
