Central Air Conditioning Installation or Replacement

BEST PRICES by far! I must’ve got over 10 estimates, including Costco, and not only was Tim’s pricing the best, but he also made the best overall impression on me. I can see why he’s rated a “Top Pro” because he’s responsive, on-time, personable, and super sharp. In fact, he pointed out a couple things that were hooked up incorrectly on my system that no one else brought to my attention. He doesn’t have overhead, so don’t commit to someone else without at least consulting him for an estimate.

Thermostat Installation or Repair

I was very impressed with Superior Air. The representative had to come out a couple of times because the wifi thremostat device we bought on line was defective. He even came out on a Saturday when we got our replacement device ready to install. Very reasonably priced.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We have very competitive pricing as we are not a big box store. We are a family-owned business.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to come out to look at the scope of work required and then give a binding bid in writing. Scheduling from there.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    2 years of Technical College with the degree. We also do continuing training through our supplier so we can keep up to speed on all the new items such as Wi-Fi thermostats ductless mini splits Etc.
