Dmitry was extremely helpful in figuring out why an outlet wasn't working in my garage. He spent time diagnosing the problem and had the replacement parts with him to fix the issue. He charged $210 (after tax) for about an hour of work, which seemed reasonable. He's seemed very nice and honest. I would definitely use his services again.
