Introduction: We're a family owned and operated company, that focuses on helping our community. We've been in the industry working for really big well known companies around the PNW for over 18 years, we know how the bigger companies operate and charge, we may be new to Thumbtack, but not new to the industry, we offer big company work and skill set for a smaller company price, were smaller, so have a lot less overhead then the big companies, since we have lower overhead were able to pass that savings on to our customers saving them more money for the same skills and work they would be getting by hiring a larger company. John showed up on time, well-prepared. He reinstalled a couple of toilets for $275 plus tax. The toilets are seated well and work great now! I invited him back to replace a few subpar toilet valves as well. My past experience with plumbing companies is they charge way more than I can afford or they say they'll charge a lowball amount but then never show up and just ghost me or they make it to the house but get angry and unprofessional if the task isn't as easy as they thought it would be. This person was kind, professional, efficient, and performed high-quality work. T-Rex is now my go-to!

I had a pipe burst during the cold front. They responded within a minute and had someone out to fix my problem same day. Other places were available for 3 days. Which would have left me without water for that amount of time.

Plumbing is never fun; however, T-Rex turned it into such a fun and exciting venture from start to finish. Upon early contact I immediately felt the family owned businesses values and traditions. From start to finish Miss Ericka communicated with me every step of the way. I’ve never felt such a customer service commitment when it comes to communication like theirs. Upon arrival they were kind, courteous, and respectful of my family and animals. The quality of work exceeded all expectations. I’m beyond impressed with each and every last detail that went into their work. Quality is TOP NOTCH! We give Military, First Responders, Teachers, Seniors as well as first time customer discounts, on top of our already lower prices. On top of that we can meet or beat 9 out of 10 estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our pros will meet you on site, discuss what the issues you're having are, figure out the best plan to resolve it. We will give you an estimate and you can decide if it's something you want to move forward doing, the decision is completely up to the customer with absolutely no pressure to go with our estimates. Our main goal is to make sure the customer is satisfied and their issue is resolved.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working at big plumbing companies around the PNW 18 years ago.
