We're a family owned and operated company, that focuses on helping our community. We've been in the industry working for really big well known companies around the PNW for over 18 years, we know how the bigger companies operate and charge, we may be new to Thumbtack, but not new to the industry, we offer big company work and skill set for a smaller company price, were smaller, so have a lot less overhead then the big companies, since we have lower overhead were able to pass that savings on to our customers saving them more money for the same skills and work they would be getting by hiring a larger company. John, owner, of Trex is an experienced and exceptional plumber. He helped me fix an emergency issue at a great price even though his schedule was busy. He does not try to bamboozle you for money, which is one of the reasons he opened his own business, and he provides you with other recommendations as needed. For an example, he informed me other parts I needed to get fixed even bringing a part when he came to fix my main problem, to fix this side problem. Thank you John and T-Rex for the incredible customer experience. 5/5 stars!

We had an awful clog in our house. After attempting several things ourselves and living without the ability to drain anything (shower, dishwasher, laundry ) grey water was coming up through our tub, we decided to call a professional. I basically chose by availability, and T-rex was the company who responded first! They really appreciated the situation we were in and scrambled to get to our house asap. Our problem turned out to be much bigger than everyone anticipated. It took a couple of days, but once the solution was in place and corrected, we were up and running again. We have had plumbers in the past come and bandaid a fix, but John identified errors in the way our pipes were installed by past plumbers, and he replaced and fixed everything so it could never happen again. The best thing is T-Rex guarantees their work for 10 years. If we have a similar issue again in the next 10 years, they will come fix the issue for free! They are honest, reliable, reasonable, and empathetic. We love T-Rex!!!

We give Military, First Responders, Teachers, Seniors as well as first time customer discounts, on top of our already lower prices. On top of that we can meet or beat 9 out of 10 estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our pros will meet you on site, discuss what the issues you're having are, figure out the best plan to resolve it. We will give you an estimate and you can decide if it's something you want to move forward doing, the decision is completely up to the customer with absolutely no pressure to go with our estimates. Our main goal is to make sure the customer is satisfied and their issue is resolved.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working at big plumbing companies around the PNW 18 years ago.
