- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can adjust lessons depending on your needs. I offer both full and half-hour lessons. For folks who want to pay by month (4+ lessons), I am happy to offer a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first lesson is all about understanding student needs. We'll gauge skill level, talk about music interests, and develop a plan for lessons going forward. For beginners, much of the first lesson will be discussion of stick grip, equipment, and basic exercises.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with students ranging from 4 to 67 years of age! I have extensive experience helping students with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, and students whose first language is not English.
