Of coarse I am a little bias. As any Father would be. Jordan has always worked very hard and will work hard for her clients. Jordan was a student athlete through Junior High and High School. Playing Soccer for Premier Soccer Club until High School and then started running Cross Country and competed at the State and National Levels at the same time she was also part of the Cheer team. She was accepted onto the cheer team of both collages that she tried out for. While training for Cross Country Jordan would take Ice baths to treat her shin splints, while most people would just spot training. Not Jordan. She worked out in the Pool, so she could keep up her pace. I Collage Jordan competed in Triathlons. So like I said Jordan is a hard worker, knows how to work around challenges, and modify a program to keep her Client motivated and moving toward their goals. I have had Jordan work with me on my fitness goals and was very impressed with her Professional approach, even with Dad If you are looking for Fitness Nutrition Coach. Jordan will do the Job.

For 2 years Jordan has shared info on food/meal planning so I can make healthy choices for my body. Once a week she prepares 4 tasty dishes at my house: 2 entree's, soup & salad dishes over 3-4 hrs. She is informative, encouraging, organized, flexible, willing to try new things, not judgmental, very kind/pleasant, open to feedback, promptly communicates with me the few times a schedule change was needed. I have a chronic medical condition that creates damaging inflammation. Jordan has taught me what foods, herbs/seasonings are healing and help to minimize inflammation and tasty dishes to use them. She just started making yummy smoothies using anti-inflammatory foods which she delivers once a week. She is helping me on my journey to slowly change how I see food and move to organic, clean, detoxing,anti-inflammatory foods. I can not say enough how grateful I am for all Jordan has done to help me.

Jordan Fengler-Mondau was recommended to me by my nutritionist. I have been working with her for a couple of months as a personal trainer. I have mobility issues and had concerns that a personal trainer might not listen to me. I was very pleased that after my first workout, Jordan crafted an exercise regimen that has increased slowly and steadily, as I was able to do more. Jordan firmly believes in the HAES philosophy, and I wish more trainers and healthcare professionals did. She has never been judgmental and I've never felt any side-eye from her about my weight. We began with one workout per week but now, she comes to our home three times a week. Jordan is prompt every visit, bringing with her weights and other small pieces of portable exercise equipment. We do the exercises together and as hokey as it might sound, the time flies by because the exercises are varied and fun. I have enjoyed actually feeling stronger, especially the noticeable shift from three pound weights to five pound and now eight pound weights. Since we began our workouts, I've noticed more strength in my legs and she recently commented that she noticed more definition in my upper arms. If you are looking for a personal trainer that cares about her clients, look no further. Jordan is absolutely fantastic and I'd recommend her to anyone who'd like more strength or cardio in their lives. She always arrives in good spirits and as I said, she does the exercises with me so I don't feel like she's just passing time while I work out.
