Responded to my request for inspection/quote very fast. Inspected within a couple days. Provided estimate that was reasonable and competitive to other contractors. Completed repairs timely. They were very friendly and helpful. Did exactly what they said and estimated for. Thank you for your help

Fantastic experience with Santos! He was quick to come out to inspect the project and provide an estimate, and proposed a few options to resolve my unique downspout situation. I'm normally a DIY guy when I can but this was beyond my scope and Sandro did a FANTASTIC job. It's hard to tell what's new because it integrates so well with the existing design. If I ever have any other gutter/downspout needs this will be the first number I call.
Just had a recent job completed by Puget Sound Pro Gutters & Roofing and we were beyond satisfied. Super responsive, great value, and excellent quality. Our family will be sticking with these folks for any of our roofing and gutter needs from here on out.

Great work and communication. Our gutter repair was on side of our house which is high up and hard to get to. Puget Sound Pro Gutter & Roofing repaired it taking safe precautions and used stronger brackets to repair so that it will last.

We hired Santos for gutter cleaning and a repair. They responded quickly to all my inquiries and scheduled the service at a convenient time. The team arrived punctually, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was cleaned up after the job. During the work, their communication was clear, keeping me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!
