The moment I inquired about having them clean my carpet and wing back chairs; I had a speedy response, a quote, and a set appointment time. They sent a reminder the morning of the appointment, and also when they were on their way, and were on time. I've never had my furniture professionally cleaned, and they literally made my decade old chairs look new again. They were very respectful in our home and worked very hard. I am very happy to recommend them!

Alex and Mary Carpet and Upholstery went the extra mile. Our couches now look brand new! Our carpets, upon move in, were stained and dirty from workers and they smelled like old smoke. Now, the carpets smell fresh and clean. We are so appreciative of their work! Would definitely recommend and hire again.
