I hired FitQuip for my treadmill’s yearly tune-up, and Cody did a fantastic job. He arrived right on time and even sent a message beforehand to let me know he was on his way.

Because my treadmill didn’t have any major issues, he was in and out in just 25 minutes. Despite the quick turnaround, the value was incredible—other companies I contacted quoted me two to three times what FitQuip charged.

While working, Cody went above and beyond by checking my electrical setup and pointing out potential issues. He gave me a transparent assessment of the major components, specifically reassuring me about the condition of the motor and the control chip. He also shared practical maintenance tips, including how to properly lubricate the belt, what products to use, and how to avoid over-lubricating.

What impressed me most was that Cody spent time teaching me how to look out for things on my own, even though doing so means I might not need to call him as often.
