He came out the next day (less than 24 hours) in the window provided. He quickly assessed the issue with our diswasher. With his diagnosis we were able to fix the problem and get the appliance back up and running the same day.

Omg! If I could give a 10 star review I would.My 25 year old built in trash compactor broke this Saturday evening so I looked for an appliance repair company.This one seemed local and had many 5 star reviews. It also said they were open so I called them. The phone was answered by a real person who asked me for the make of the compactor and said he would check with the technician to see of he could work on it. He got right back to me and said yes and they had a 7:00 appointment!Albert, the amazing technician, called me twice to update me on his eta as he was on the other job longer than anticipated.When he got here he was kind, professional, knowledgeable and did not give up on a very tricky situation. He found the problem and will be back to fix it when he gets the part.I would very highly recommend him for any appliance repair.

Our heating element went out on our dryer, so we called US Appliance Service LLC. Best decision we could have made! The tech came the same day and knew exactly what we needed, and had the parts to fix it.The price was very reasonable
