Reserved did an amazing job on our house, installing new fir downstairs and refinishing original fir upstairs, including repairs to a creaky staircase. They kept a tight schedule and finished on budget. Most importantly they were incredibly patient, informative and helpful with any and all questions we had. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Serg did a fantastic job on refinishing our hardwoods AND placing new hardwood where there was originally carpet. We were very unsure of stain & the whole process but serg made it easy. Unlike a lot of the other people we got estimates from, serg was very straightforward on what the process looked like and on price. Beyond happy with the results we received. Will be reaching back out to reserved floors for our future hardwood needs. We had red oak hardwood floors & chose the clear option for the color. Thanks serg!
