Truly make sure you connect with that person and you trust them. It is essential that the coach or counselor that you work with has a background in what your deepest desires and goals are.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That I have had my own personal experiences and ups and downs with my health. That is why I became a Health Counselor & Coach: it took me a long time to understand what foods worked for my body and literally heal myself from the inside, out. I had to weed out some bad relationships and get up close and personal with how I was treating my body. Through healing myself, I have discovered that I have one precious life that should be lived to the fullest. And this is what I help women do!
