- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and based on the property’s size, age, and type. Every inspection includes thermal imaging at no extra cost. We also offer seasonal promotions and discounts for repeat clients, veterans, and first-time home buyers. All pricing is discussed upfront—no hidden fees, ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the property details and your specific concerns. Once scheduled, I perform a thorough on-site inspection covering all major systems—from the roof to the foundation. I use thermal imaging to detect hidden issues and provide a digital report with photos and recommendations within 24 hours. Afterward, I’m available to review the report with you and answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed formal home inspection training and certification through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). I also maintain continuing education in building systems, thermal imaging, plumbing, electrical, and moisture intrusion analysis to stay current with industry standards and technology.
