- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Cindarella's Spring Cleaning our initial prices are based on an hourly rate. This hourly rate is based on the total man hours that it takes to clean your home/office for the first time. Once you have fallen in love with our work, and decided to keep us on for recurring cleans, we will set a fixed price for the recurring cleans. This price will also be based on the total man hours it takes to clean your home/office. In addition we provide a 25% discount to first time clients (the discount already included in quote prices). - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers here at Cindarella's Spring Cleaning so we want to make the process as easy as possible for our first time customers. You are already on the right step by reaching out to us here on Thumbtack and will have already received a quote from us. As a way of making this process not only easier on you, but easier on your bank account as well we have included a 25% discount on your quote. This allows us to spend the extra time needed for a first clean, while keeping your price within your budget. If you are happy with the quote, you simply reach out to us via Thumbtack. We will work with you to set up a time that fits your schedule, and you are all set. We will arrive on the set date with supplies in hand and smiles on our faces. We all have great communication skills so we will listen to any extra work or areas of concern you have, and get to it. Once our work is complete we will walk through it with you to ensure it meets your satisfaction. Once you are satisfied with our work payment is made. We accept cash, check, or any major credit card. If you are interested in recurring cleans, once the clean is complete we will take a few moments to discuss a set rate for the recurring cleans.
