- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Flat-Rate "Turnover Packages" so you know the exact cost upfront. Unlike hourly cleaners who might "run out the clock," we price by the job. - Junk Removal: Pricing is based on volume (how much space it takes in our truck). We have a $125 minimum for single-item pickups. - Move-Out Cleaning: We offer a set price based on the number of bedrooms/bathrooms. - The "Double-Dip" Discount: If you hire us for BOTH Junk Removal and Cleaning in the same visit, we knock 10% off the total ticket. Note: Excessive hoarding, hazardous waste, or bio-hazards require a custom on-site quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speed and Simplicity. - The Quote: You send us photos or a description. We give you a firm estimate within minutes. - The Scheduling: We confirm a time window. You will receive a text when we are "On the Way." - The Work: We handle the heavy lifting and deep cleaning. You don't even need to be there—we can access via lockbox. - The Proof: We send you a gallery of "After" photos so you can release the security deposit immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Turnover Specialists, not just "cleaners." Our team is trained specifically on the Property Manager's Checklist. We know exactly what inspectors look for (inside ovens, behind toilets, baseboards, and window tracks). We are also trained in safe heavy lifting and proper disposal/recycling laws for Pierce County.
