What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Send a photo on our website and you see a price range right away. The price covers loading, hauling and disposal. A single item starts at $125, and bigger jobs are priced by how much of the truck they fill. A few items carry a set extra (mattresses, tires, fridges, TVs, paint), and stairs or taking something apart is quoted up front. The crew confirms the price before loading, and nothing extra happens without your OK.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send a photo or a short description of what's going. You get a price range, then pick a day and a morning or afternoon. We confirm by text, the crew arrives, confirms the price on site, does all the lifting and sweeps up when the load is out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a Washington UTC hauling permit. Licensed and insured. Our crew loads furniture, appliances, mattresses and full cleanouts, and we plan each load so it comes out safely without damage to your home.
