- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do are window cleaning inside and outside to include screen cleaning. Most customers like an ongoing service of 2 to 4 times per year and enjoy the peace of mind that the same person will be providing the service each time. This gives them confidence in the service and ensures them of no surprises when acquiring the service.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask to make sure they are Licensed and insured. Also ask for refferences.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Rain water (especially in Western Washington State) is pure water and does not cause windows to become dirty. Windows normally can handle about 3 months worth of bad weather before they become noticably unclean.
