- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Set a day and time to meet to go over project. 2. Sit down draw everything out for customer to get better understanding. 3. Write down step by step on what’s needing to get done with the project and how long it’ll take. 4. Set time frames on when what will happen and take place. 5. Give an honest price on how much the project, expenses, and everything will cost. 6. Breakdown and explain where the price is coming from and what’s going to cost what. 7. Answer any questions customers have. IF HIRED: 8. Both parties go over a contract of everything we discussed and sign the contract and pay the deposit fee. 9. If customer agrees we will start working same day as everything is signed and agreement is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, bonded and insured. We have our license in specialty contractor for Concrete, Construction Contractor, Landscape Architect, Excavation, Grading and Land Clearing, Siding, Fencing, Landscaping, Paving, Striping, Sealcoating, and Tree Removal in the state of Washington, Oregon, and Utah. We also have been trained in safety compliance, specialized arboriculture/horticulture, heavy machinery operation, and digital project management. We are certified in Heavy machine operating, OSHA, Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA), Electrical Hazards Awareness Program (EHAP), First Aid/CPR Training. We are also a team of ISA Certified Arborist, Certified Tree Worker/Climber Specialist, Certified Rigging and Tree Felling, Certified Aerial Lift and Chipper Operation, Certified Irrigation Technician, Landscape Industry Certified Technician (NALP), CDL, and trained and skilled in Tree Biology and Diagnosis. We are highly skilled and trained by top management and professionals in Hardscape Installation, Irrigation and Water Management, Plant Identification and Selection, Soil Management, Laser Leveling and Grading, Small Engine Repair, and leadership amongst many other things.
