- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For notary jobs, I charge $10 per signature, and a travel fee based on your location. For weddings, I charge a flat $250, which includes an initial consultation, as well as attendance at the rehearsal dinner if requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For notary jobs, I like to review the items needing notarization prior to meeting, but that isn't mandatory. For weddings, I'll have an initial consultation in person, or via phone, to go over all of the details - I'm always available for questions / concerns leading up to the big day - I'm happy to attend the rehearsal dinner if requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in Escrow for 25 years, so have been a party to thousands of transactions and notary jobs. I'm new to the wedding industry.
