- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies, as do jobs. A basic catering gig within a 5 - 10 mile radius can be $15 - $20 per person. I provide quality products, which may be more expensive, but the outcome is always outstanding!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to interview one another to ensure that we are a good match. I listen to what client wants and the outcome he/she desires, and then make it happen within the set budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Culinary/Pastry.
