I have been in private practice since 1995. Currently my practice is located in University Place since 2012. I have authored my own books on stretching and teach flexibility and stability work around the US and internationally. As a clinician I have always worked in the rehabilitative field. My time working in the medical environment has given me experience with a huge variety of conditions. I have worked with pre and post operative orthopedic conditions such as hip, shoulder and knee replacements. I have worked with nearly every kind of spinal condition you can imagine and especially shine with bulging discs and scoliosis. I excel with the lymphatic system usually able to make a visible change in swelling during treatment. I am also exceptional with hand numbness, so much so that if this is your symptom, you can rest assured it will be gone in less than 4 treatments. Part of the process is doing your homework. I know nothing can help in your healing like you taking responsibility for your body. To help empower you, I will create an individualized program of self care to accelerate your healing.
