- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is typically based on a formula of time required for a cubic amount of square feet and also in general what it takes to pack and load or unload a certain place of similar size we are an hourly based moving company
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally call to confirm our appointment and let them know what days we will be showing up with confirmation through email which gets there in plenty of time for them to make arrangements for their day then we show up to the job ask requested with uniformed man ready to work hard tools in hand and assess the house before we figure out a game plan for packing the truck and loading it safely for travel

We are constantly learning new skills from other companies to improve the way we work.
