Job Finished on time, on budget. Popcorn Ceiling removed, new drywall, drywall patched, fully painted. Good communication, will hire again.
It was amazingly quick and clean. I strongly recommend anybody to hire him for popcorn ceiling removal.
I just moved into a condo and Seattle and needed to have two bathrooms, a bedroom, and an entryway painted - both walls and ceilings. Alan was by far the most reasonable price and in line with what I can come to expect from living on the East Coast prior to Seattle. A number of other quotes local painters that operate in the Seattle where ridiculous in comparison. I was not very well versed in painting and materials, so Alan was able to talk me through the options for paint types and recommendations. Alan showed up on time the day of work and displayed consistent communication via text messages. The project took three days to complete. The first day Alan completed the priming - the entry way and one bathroom on the second - and the final bathroom and bedroom on the third. I spent portion of the first day on site and felt comfortable enough to have my girlfriend oversee the work the remainder of the week. Alan is a very personable individual and easy to work with. The only area of improvement that I would note is that there are a few areas of trim and edging between the ceiling a walls that could have been a little neater or sharper. It did not take much time to touchup, so there were no major concerns. Overall, Alan was easy to work with, his price was far more reasonable than his competitors, and he completed the work in a timely manner.
Jorge and the team at Revol paint & more are excellent. Diana handles most of client services and she is very nice and communicative. The bid was very fair for the project. They skim coated (plastered) my ceiling to a modern flat surface (after popcorn ceiling removal) and primed. When I walked into the condo after they were done - I was blown away - the ceiling was perfect. Outstanding job; truly better than expected. Everything was clean too. Hire this company for paint, drywall (and more) - they are extremely professional and meticulous with their work.
We used Anthony's Contracting to update the exterior of our house. The work included the addition of colonial style window trim, squaring off the garage, installation of new exterior lights, repair/replacement of any rotted wood on our deck and the exterior of our house, and paint for the exterior of the house and a solid stain on our deck. The finish product looks amazing! The price was fair and Anthony was flexible to accommodate and fix a rotting solarium that was uncovered after the project had started. Overall, the project met my quality standards.
Jose reached out to me immediately after I sent my request. He showed up on time to bid the job and gave me a super reasonable quote. When the day came to complete the work, Jose was on time, efficient and clean. I could not be more pleased with the job he completed (fixed a sagging plaster ceiling). I would highly recommend Infinity Pro Painting!
Robert, owner of Hawaiian Construction, is amazing. Our townhouse had (what turned out to be) a long-standing roof leak which we only found out about because of a water spot on our LR wall/ceiling. Our association had folks out to tear out part of our wall and ceiling and fix the roof. Then they had 2 bidders come out for the recon work. Robert was the 3rd bidder - and the first to mention that there was obvious water damage at the base of the wall and probably mold behind it. For the next 2-3 months we fought with our association to get mold testing done, with Robert on our side telling us what the association should be doing. Finally the association relented, did the mold test...and we found mold up and down the wall. Without Robert's constant insistence and help, our association would have just sealed up the wall with the mold in it. As to the recon work, Robert insisted that painting just the ceiling and the 2 walls affected by the mold mitigation would not be enough. None of the inside walls had been painted in 13 years and he said (and many others have since agreed) that the other walls would not match the newly painted ones, even if using computerized paint matching. His quote called for all the walls in the "line of sight" to be painted, which ended up being about 2/3 of the house. His bid ended up being lower than the one the association got from a different contractor to just paint the ceiling and 2 walls!!! Robert and his team did a tremendous job on the recon work itself. They finished earlier than expected, did some extra work we asked for at a very good price, and did a better job than we could have hoped. Robert is simply a quality person. Every step of the way he only wanted us to get quality work done, regardless of who ultimately did the work. Probably 10 or 12 times during the bidding process he said "Write this down - make sure that whoever does the work does it thus and so way, otherwise you're going to have issues later on." His focus was always on doing things the right way. He's incredibly honest and candid - he'll tell you what needs to be done, but always in a way that let's you know he cares about you and getting the job done right. Robert and his wife Julie have been an absolute dream to work with. Any future work we need done, he'll be the first one we call. And I would recommend him and his company to any and everyone.
I couldn't be happier about the service Robert provided! He came in, was knowledgeable, and helped me come to a decision of placement of my ceiling mounts. He even went to the store and got better screws! I had to switch our times and he was gracious and understanding and responded so fast. He will be definitely bemy go to guy for service in the future! My son is probably happier about our new addition than I am!
Jorge did a wonderful job removing the wallpaper from our home. He was both reliable and trustworthy as he had to do much of the work while we were at work ourselves. He started and finished on time and cleaned up nicely before he left. I would definitely use him again.
I hired Lopez Remodeling to remove popcorn ceilings and ended up having them remodel the remainder of a 1968 Rambler in Renton. They did an incredible job which included wall removal, ceiling removal/return to vaulted, creation of an open kitchen. They worked with me to stay within budget. They also did plumbing and a variety of odd jobs to make the home look truly spectacular. I will continue to use, and recommend, Lopez remodeling.
Working with Trish, and Kurt was excellent. Kurt came in to remove a popcorn ceiling in the master bedroom. He did the job in two hours, which was faster than I expected, without causing any significant scratches on the drywall. We knew there was a spot in the ceiling with some damage before hand, and we didn't have them fix it, but Kurt did explain to us how we can fix it, as well as gave us some drywall cement to help with the drywalling we've been doing in the room. Overall, we're very happy and would how them again.
Working with HK Design was refreshing. We had popcorn ceilings removed and the entire interior painted. They started our project ahead of schedule, showed up for work as promised and the work was done professionally and promptly. From the beginning, Chris (and crew) was on time, professional and communicated day and night. I would highly recommend this company!!!!
Sergio did an excellent job texturing and painting our ceiling (after asbestos popcorn removal). He was very responsive and professional. Sergio was able to accommodate our tight timeline and left our house looking beautiful. Very happy we went with him!
We choose to hire Jeff to remove popcorn ceilings and paint our entire home. Jeff went above and beyond at every stage of the process so we expanded the scope of work to include, trim install, patchwork, texturizing and painting our kitchen cabinets. We are so pleased with the results and definitely recommend him.
Jonathon came out quickly to assess the situation, and got me a quote right away. Team sent to repair my ceiling was solid. They always kept me up to date on what to expect and when, were prompt, dependable, trustworthy, and did a great job under tight timing. I thought the price was higher than I would have liked, but the job was well done and I would recommend.
My husband and I had only 10 days to have work done on our condo before we moved in. Rodrigo and his team worked very long hours and were incredibly efficient at removing a popcorn ceiling and installing laminate flooring to match the current laminate. They did the work at an unbeatable price. Rodrigo was also very flexible. At the outset, we weren't exactly sure what we were looking for as a finished product and we wanted more changes than we could afford. He spent a lot of time with us, presenting us with various ideas, opinions, advice, options and quotes to match our budget and timeline. Our jobs are demanding and we couldn't always make decisions and communicate them until relatively last minute, but he was up to the challenge. We have a very high vaulted ceiling and it was no small task to remove the popcorn, sand, and paint it. They also removed the popcorn from inside closets in the bedrooms, in the bedrooms themselves, and in the hallway. They matched the laminate flooring perfectly and completed it on time, even though they had to remove the water heater in the closet, fill in concrete below it, and level parts of the floor before laying down the laminate. While they had the water heater removed, they attached an expansion tank recommended by our home inspector. It was so much easier to have all of this work done with just one contractor and Rodrigo was very responsive.
KJ’s did amazing drywall and junk removal at my condo. These guys are real professionals and quick service. I definitely recommend KJ’s Drywall & Home Services! I’ll be using them for all future home projects. Thanks you so much!!
Brock is an excellent craftsman who does high quality work. He completed two projects for us, one was a master bathroom remodel. This included removal and replacement of a shower surround, reconfiguration and replacement of the counter top and tiling around soaker tub. The second project was in another bathroom, removing the existing surround then tiling around the tub. He is very detail oriented and stayed within the budget we had set for our projects. We had a tight timeframe for the tiled/tub project and Brock completed it before our needed deadline. We had a vision of what we wanted, Brock made excellent recommendations and turned our vision into a reality. Brock is also honest, trustworthy and communicates well--everything you would want in a contractor.
Integrity Creations was quick to respond to my request. I had Formica removed and texture put on my kitchen walls. An uneven patch was also smoothed out on the ceiling. I am very pleased with the work and clean-up afterward. I will be calling Integrity Creations when I replace my kitchen floor.
They are honest, trustworthy, and do great work. I️ left them to work on our house for months at a time without being there. Had them remove popcorn ceilings, trim work, paint, windows, doors etc. Would recommend them to anyone. And I️ will be using them in the future. They can do any remodel in your home.
Aaron is a great guy. Very honest and very flexible. Great company, removed popcorn ceiling and advised on other areas. Wish I had met him before I had contracted out other parts of the job.
