FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparent, no-surprise pricing. We do a free on-site 10-point inspection and give you an itemized written quote before any work. Final price depends on roof size/pitch, layers, materials, access, and code/permit needs—no trip or estimate fees. Permits and disposal are passed through at cost (receipts shown). Any wood-rot repairs are pre-approved at a clear per-foot rate. Ways to save: military/veteran & spouse, senior, first responder, multi-project bundles (roof + gutters/moss clean), neighbor group bookings, and off-season slots when available. Financing: $0-down options with multiple terms to fit your budget. Guarantees: apples-to-apples price match on comparable GAF System installs, price locked for 30 days, and work performed by factory-trained, licensed, bonded, insured pros. Bottom line: you’ll know the total before we start—no hidden fees, ever.
