So, roofing company, who also do siding. Massive project. I have lived in my home over 15 years, and could not really afford to keep it maintained, with T-111 siding... Wanted and needed to upgrade for a long time. These guys not only showed up for a quote, they got the job done! Don got me started, and enough materials were ordered. Hiccups included some mis-com between Don and contractors about what and how much to do, but between the hassle free communication between foreman Giovanni, and company point person Katie, all my hopes and dreams of this project were fulfilled. I feel confident that I have a home that will look beautiful, and last through my ownership and through at least the next owner!THANK YOU!!!BONUS - PSE just sent a home comparison and I am now, for the first time, below their "Efficiency Zone Upper Limit!"

I've had these folks out 3 times for different work and have been very impressed with the quality and professionalism of everyone in the company. All my questions were answered promptly and in plain English. I got bids from other comparable companies for the work but TriState went above and beyond in explaining the whole process and while they weren't exactly the cheapest , I always felt confident in their ability to do all the work I needed. Very important. And no one was ever pushy about me signing a contract. I have a great warranty that I'm sure they will honor - doubt it will be needed - their work was done right the first time! I highly recommend this company - so glad I met everyone!

Was 5 star review. Great quoting process and looking forward to getting work started. Thank you Tristan.Now 6 months later, project unfinished. They ask for a five star review before the work begins, so thats what many of these reviews are. Incapable of executing and finishing the project on time. Now after a $45,000 project I had to constantly manage, follow up myself, and except constant repairs to their workmanship and substitutions from original scope of work, a one star review.Update 5.25.25. Deck Tech walkable deck membrane did not last the first winter. Installed incorrectly. As soon as the weather heats up, its showing blisters and large bubbles. You could press in with your foot. Theres an area in the cricket that is already starting to separate and I can see where other seem intersections are beginning to bubble. Getting a hold of them and getting things resolved as painful. Ive now included the Better Business Bureau.
