About
Since 2004, we have served as the premier roofer in Washington state with a team of over 50 employees, including contractors, salespersons, marketers, customer service support, and management personnel. All of our in-house contractors (the only ones we work with) are drug tested and background checked. We also make sure they remain at the top of their game with safety training, manufacturer training, and yearly GAF certification. To ensure your peace of mind, our employees present a professional, businesslike appearance and always wear clearly visible ID badges. Each member of the Tristate Roofing sales and support team takes the time to answer all of your questions regarding our products, installation methods, and business practices. We'll do what it takes to earn your trust. All members of our Seattle roofing company are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We are proud GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractors, a status that only 2% of all Washington State roofers manage to obtain. Tristate Roofing is also an IKO ShieldPRO Plus+ Roofing Contractor, one of just five companies in the state with this coveted status. Our family-owned-and-operated company is headquartered in a massive 10,000 square foot facility in Tacoma, Washington.

Agreed to get an estimate for a roof. Confirmed appointment with customer service on Friday for 2 PM Saturday - had to make sure that I cleared access to the crawlspace/ etc. Roofer no called/ no showed for the estimate. I set aside time on a Saturday and they didn't have the decency to call letting me know they couldn't make it.Customer service reached out 3 days later and I got passed to an agent who unconvincingly stated that the roofer's wife unexpectedly went into labor and that is why no one reached out to me. The customer service supervisor apologized but didn't demonstrate any responsibility or plan build trust past this experience and just kept trying to set an appointment for another estimate.I wouldn't recommend to anyone as they haven't demonstrated professionalism and didn't value me as a customer.
