From the quote, to the scheduling, to the day of install was pretty straight forward. Everyone was awesome communicators, and we didn't feel like we had to guesstimate at all. The day of, Frank and Joe were great, punctual, and very professional - even my dog liked them. We are very pleased with how lovely the windows look, and the whole install was faster than we expected. 10/10 completely recommend working with his team.

What a great experience!The best customer service ever. Adam was amazing, assessed the issue and was able to fix the sliding glass door with no problem. Good old fashion service.

From the first consultation with Joshua, to the last day of install has been absolutely amazing. Everyone is very professional, kind, communication was always on point, and they were all very responsive (thank you Tahnie and Nadeem!). Joe and his install team (Frank, Dan, and Tony) were always on time, professional, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day, and they wore booties inside where they didnt lay down drop cloths - an overlooked detail by most contractors! Joe made sure we did a thorough walk-through at the end of the job and they took care of all the little details, which werent many and all pretty minor. Their quality of work is pristine. Overall, we could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone.

TN GLASS we just had a job done on our home by Jesus and Jesse(Service Techs) through your company and just wanted to say that the job was exceptionally done right down to the window install and caulking of our home! The service from Tahnie(production manager) and Nadeem(Owner) were second to none and this process for the wife and I (our first ever) was simple and very helpful in every way. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for window repair/replacement on you home or business property. If you can request the family team of Jesus & Jesse these gentleman will get you right! They are very professional and informing of work done along the way. This was very helpful for a guy like me who is lacking in every way on how to fix or repair anything(LOL)! My wife will attest to this wholeheartedly (smile). Just cant say enough about how happy we are with the service and helpfulness throughout this process. Thank you again TN GLASS TEAM!!! The Price Family(Craig & Elisa) will be customers for the foreseeable future!
