- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always customized based on the size of the property, the type of service requested, and the condition of the space. We provide free estimates before starting any job. We do not believe in hidden fees, and all costs are clearly detailed in the estimate. Discounts are available for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free in-person or virtual estimate to understand the customer’s needs. Then, we create a customized cleaning plan and provide a clear quote. Once approved, we schedule the service at the client’s convenience. After completion, we follow up to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 7 years of professional experience in residential and commercial cleaning. We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded. We also stay up to date with training in eco-friendly cleaning methods, safety procedures, and the use of professional equipment such as soft wash and pressure wash systems.
