- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not only charge a hourly rate. I like to set my rates depending on the needs of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I acquire a new client we first need to go over exactly what their expectations are. I like to then go over what mine are. It is very important that we both understand each other. I like to collect any documents that I may find necessary to go over the books. As I go through them I will make notes as to any questions or suggestions. Upon review I will reach out to the client and we then start a plan in motion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor in accounting. I have worked with Quickbooks Desktop and Online for many years and I am an assigned ProAdvisor for both online and desktop.
