FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For residential service calls the first hour is $250 and and it is $200 an hour after that. The first hour costs more because it factors in drive time and fuel, it also takes into the account the time it takes to complete an invoice after the job is finished. All appointments made need to be cancelled within 72 business hours before the time of the appointment. If you cancel your appointment without giving 72 hours notice you will be responsible for a $50 fee plus tax. If you are simply moving your appointment you will not be charged a fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer it is imperative to understand the type of plumbing that is in their home, their contact information and what to expect out of working with Adams plumbing. We like to discuss the costs associated with our work and if we are the right fit for your plumbing needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the trades for 19 years and working as a residential plumber for 7 years. I have a lot of experience plumbing new custom homes and in residential service work, but I have also plumbed whole apartment complexes.
