FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to keep appliance repair pricing clear, fair, and practical. We start with a diagnostic visit so the technician can find the real cause of the problem before recommending a repair. Before any work begins, we explain the issue, the repair option, the parts and labor involved, and the total price for approval. No surprise repairs, no pressure, and no work starts without your okay. Pricing depends on the appliance type, brand, failed part, labor required, and part availability. We service refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, stoves, and cooktops throughout the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA metro area. Same-day and next-day appointments may be available depending on route capacity, appliance type, and parts availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and transparent. First, we ask for the appliance type, brand, model number if available, your city, and the main symptom. A photo of the model tag or a short video of the problem can help us prepare before arrival. Next, we confirm route availability for your area, including Portland, Vancouver, and nearby communities. When the technician arrives, they inspect the appliance, diagnose the problem, and explain the best repair option in plain English. Before we begin the repair, you receive the price and approve the work. After the repair is completed, we test the appliance, clean up the work area, and explain what was fixed. Our goal is to make the experience fast, professional, and stress-free from the first message to the final test.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our appliance repair experience comes from more than 20 years of hands-on field work with major household appliances. We have worked on many common residential appliance problems, including refrigerators not cooling, washers not draining or spinning, dryers not heating, dishwashers leaking or not draining, and ovens or ranges not heating correctly. We regularly troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, heating, cooling, drainage, ignition, sensor, control board, pump, motor, and safety-related issues. We service many major appliance brands, including Whirlpool, GE, LG, Samsung, Kenmore, Maytag, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Bosch, Amana, Electrolux, and JennAir. Our training is practical and repair-focused: diagnose accurately, explain clearly, repair safely, and help customers decide when a repair makes sense versus replacement.
