- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing for events that is all inclusive, which makes us extremely budget friendly when planning events and weddings!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start out with an introduction call to obtain an all inclusive quote, followed by signing the contract and submitting a deposit. After the paperwork is out of the way we begin a series of meetings that ensure your event will be perfect.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers of all different backgrounds and cultures, from outdoor events to indoors, as well as children and adults of all ages.
