Colton did a fantastic job with my project. He was reliable and had a strong work ethic. It was very wet and rainy when he was doing the project but he still pushed forward doing what he could when he could and he had good judgment when the wet became too much. In the end, he completed the project on time as expected and with no additional charges. I'm going to hire him again.
We had several feet of dirt up against our house from the erosion of the hill above us. This caused pressure on the house and allowed lots of water penetration from underneath. We asked him to excavate the soil, build a rock wall for support and because it looks nice and create a french drain.

Did a great job removing the concrete pad. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and he even moved bark into the bare spot that was left behind. Very professional and courteous! I would hire again for future projects.

Absolutely a good experience. Concrete is tough when it's your front step, and we're trying to sell our house, so wanted it to look good, but be a pretty fast job. Colton came a couple minutes late, but texted--love communication. He walked us through the process. Now we've lived with it for 2 weeks and it looks great. Solid, solid job. Cleaned up everything. I'd hire him again in a flash. We watched him smoothing, and then re-smoothing. A perfectionist. Wished we'd done this long ago. Also, were very happy with the price.

Jackman & Brooks Contracting completed two concrete-repair projects at out home: one in the basement and one in the garage. The garage project required cutting out a failing section of existing concrete, and replacing it and extending the garage floor beyond it. Both projects came out great, exceeding our expectations, and Colton was great to work with.
