Phenomenal experience. We had been told previously that we couldn't upgrade to a nest system, and he took care of it with ease! Also, we've neglected our heat pump and furnace system and he also didn't make us feel like terrible homeowners. Cost was not bad, and felt very fair for the work done. We look forward to using Sub Zero for our maintenance from here on out.

Russ diagnosed a problem we were having where the heat was not flowing through to various rooms and the downstairs. He found that the valves that were closed in our furnace for those areas. Since this is a new home of ours, I’m surprised even the inspector did not find this. On top of that, he even cleaned our air conditioner at no extra charge. His professionalism and punctuality are beyond our expectations. Thank you Russ!
