- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a researcher, always looking at trends, and what is trending. I can bend my style to fit those who require special looks. I am constantly reading about and searching for new concepts! I love inventive ideas.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a dream I had a real dream> I woke up one morning years ago and remembered whole vision. I saw 7 rounded platforms and on each one was a different culture of people, with different colors and different designs. in the center was a bigger round platform, it had birds and flowers and the birds where holding a veil that draped over the whole stage. In thinking I realized it was a sign for me to get involved in weddings. I then went to churches to ask for free weddings, I began doing them free, after some time I was praised for the creative and different Weddings I did and then began charging people for my talent. I have loved it ever since!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
They vary, in my 35 years in this business I think I have done about every type of job you can imagine, from high end elegant to low end simple also the most crazy events too, I do not think any wedding is common, they are all special, events are my life I love them each one is different. Generally we do it all, but mostly the decor and the planning is the best part!
