Rico was very professional, on time and returns messages!!!! The best part he helped me determine what our problem was and fixed it for me for a little over three hundred dollars! Two other big outfits wanted to replace the whole system for upwards of $15,000.00! Yes that’s what they wanted!!! He is great!!!

Rico, the owner of Royal went out of his way to come to my home at a time that I would be available. His communication was awesome. His service was awesome and hes very fair price. Rico also is experienced over 10 years. The one thing I know about Rico he never gouges or tries to make money just for the money he has even through the years caught me a piece of sheet metal and his time because he knows I really needed him!If youve got a HVAC problem, make sure you contact Royal temp HVAC!

Rico is great to work with! He goes above and beyond, its obvious he has a passion for his work and enjoys ithes honest about what needs to be done without being pushy. Weve been in our home for about 6 years and have had our AC unit serviced every year, one of my complaints was it doesnt seem like our house cools off like it should the previous company really had no answers except maybe the unit isnt big enough for your home. I have personally watched the technician service our outdoor unitNEVER have they taken off the front guards(? Not sure of the proper term) and cleaned!!! Rico showed me and I was SHOCKED they were filthy, I honestly dont know how any air was circulating!!! Our AC worked better this year than it has since we bought our home, our house stayed nice and cool on those really hot days! Andwe just had Rico service our furnace, same great service and professionalism! CALL Rico, you will be glad you did!!
