- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate is our policy but we offer many free services with that. For example initial 1/2 hour free consultation by meeting the client at their property or onsite. Also depending on the project scale and the client's budget we work with an estimated cost that we stick to to help our clients in every way possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial brief taking by meeting the client, agreeing fees and time scale, deliver initial concepts, agree concepts, detail design if required, suggesting suppliers/decorators and builders, providing furniture, finished and FF&E if requires. The full A to Z service if required or segments of it as per the client's need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Diploma in art and design, Ba (hons) degree in interior design and 3 dimentional design, MArch Masters in architecture And both have 18 years (each) site and construction experience. As for the rest of the team each is specialized in area in design and work.
