About
KRYV BUILT is a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor out of Vancouver, WA (WA Reg. # KRYVBBL741MZ). I’m Sim, the owner, you work with me directly from the first message to the final walkthrough, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
What I do: fences and gates, decks and railings, framing, exterior repairs (siding, trim, dry rot), and remodel work: basements, garages, and punch-list projects.
Here’s what you can expect: a written estimate with a clear scope, a start date and a finish date I actually keep, a clean job site at the end of every day, and straight answers if anything changes along the way.
My background is in running residential construction sites, so schedules, inspections, and quality control are the day job - not promises.
Serving Vancouver, Camas, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Washougal, and the Portland metro. Free estimates , send me a message with what you need done and I’ll get back to you the same day

I reached out to KRYV Built LLC to help get a quote for a fence project. They fit me into their schedule very quickly, showed up on time and gave me a very affordable quote. Throughout the process they were professional, responsive, and helpful. I would 100% refer them for people looking for help with projects in the area.
Details: Outdoor • Total demolition • Garage, shed, or barn • Residential
KRYV Built LLC's reply
Appreciate it Will. Showing up on time for a quote sounds like a low bar but a lot of guys don't, so thanks for noticing. Whenever you're ready to move on that fence we're here. And thank you for the referrals.

I am very happy to finally have privacy for my back yard area! He was super helpful in walking me through the process of getting the fence done that I wanted. He was always responsive and communicated accuracy with cost, time and material. He even came back right away to fix an issue with the fence.
Details: Home • Replace fence or gate • Wood • 51 - 100 feet • 4 feet • No fence obstacles exist in the work area
KRYV Built LLC's reply
Thanks Michelle, glad you finally got that privacy in the back yard. Walking people through the process is a big part of what we do, nobody should be guessing on cost or timeline. And if anything ever comes up again just call, we'll come back out.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but these guys definitely deserve one. I had Kryv Built LLC replace my old fence, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The old fence was falling apart, and now it completely changed the look of my yard. It looks clean, sturdy, and way better than I even expected. From the beginning, they were easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would, kept me updated throughout the project, and paid attention to the little details. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work instead of just trying to get the job done as fast as possible. Every time I look outside now, I’m glad I decided to have them do it. I’ve already had a few people compliment the fence and ask who built it. If you’re thinking about getting a new fence, I’d definitely recommend Kryv Built LLC. Great people, great workmanship, and overall a really good experience.

Michael, thank you for taking the time to write this. Means a lot coming from someone who doesn't usually leave reviews. Glad the fence changed the whole look of the yard, that was the goal. And tell your neighbors we're around anytime they need one. Appreciate you.

I’m one of the toughest people to impress. At first I thought Sim was too young and Viktor didn’t really know what he was doing. I was completely wrong.
KRYV Built remodeled our master bathroom and main bathroom, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Great communication, excellent craftsmanship, and attention to detail from start to finish. I’m extremely happy with the result and would absolutely hire them again

John, this one made our day. You're right, I am young, but Viktor has been doing this longer than I've been alive so I'll take that trade. Seriously though, thank you for giving us a shot before you knew what we could do. Both bathrooms turned out great and we'd be glad to work with you again.
