Ilya was great! Arrived as promised, did a very thorough job of cleaning off the roof and the gutters (with leafguards), and identified a clogged downspout and fixed that. He sent pictures of his work and even fixed a section of the leafguard that was missing. Pricing was very fair, and we'll certainly use him again!
