I am an older disabled person that had a problem with flooring transition not being level, causing a tripping hazard for me. I had tried many ways to fix the issue but never found a solution. Val came and within 5 minutes had assessed the situation and came up with a solution. We scheduled the work to be done the next day. He showed up just as he said and then installed a custom built leveling solution. It is quite a genius fix. Then he told me how much I owed for the work and I was stunned as it was a very affordable and fair price. Val understands his profession, is a great problem solver and a diligent tradesman. He is very personable and friendly and listens well. You can not go wrong with hiring him. All the stars I can possibly give him.
Great job, found the problem of the sub-floor and did the fix fast and easy. Honest and professional. Did not try to upsell a more expensive fix to the problem. Will use again.

Val did an excellent job with a small floor repair. He was knowledgeable and efficient. We will definitely work with him again should the need arise.
The work quality of Val was amazing. He installed flooring in our bathroom and hallway and each cut was made to perfection. I am a senior and his pricing was very competitive. If you need work done in your home give Interior Improvements a call, they are professionals and will go over each step in the process of your home improvement. I am getting my list ready for his next visit!

I had a single floorboard that needed to be replaced. While it may seem like an easy job, it wasn’t. I went with this company because of the 5star rating and the work was definitely five star. In repairing the floor it was noticed a toe kick was loose and that was fixed too. Highly recommend!
