I needed someone to pulling the carpet out of my house to reveal the hardwood floors underneath. After searching and getting a few quotes, I decided to go with Arctic. They are friendly, super responsive, flexible and were great at communicating through the whole process. When they were doing the job, they were quick but also careful and made sure the floors were not damaged in the process. They also moved the furniture around in order to remove the carpet and they put everything back exactly where it was. They even swept the floors throughly and hauled all the carpet and pad away. The whole experience working with them was great from start to finish. If you are looking for someone to do a flooring project, I highly recommend using them.

The team did an amazing job! Bogdan was very responsive and available for questions. They were able to schedule the work quickly and completed several hours ahead of schedule. They even offered to take all the trash off site, even stuff from other projects for a small fee. It was so helpful! The flooring turned out beautifully and I will definitely be using them again.

From the initial bid to job completion (laminate flooring install), Bogdan showed up right on time, communicated clearly about the project, completed the job the day and time we agreed on and did quality work. My floor needed leveling in spots, which he took care of. My accordian door would not close after the laminate floors were installed because of the age of the home and the way it has settled over the years. At the end of a long day, Bogdan brought this issue to my attention and trimmed the door so that it would work with the new floors. He is a detail oriented person who does great work. I would defintely hire him again.
