- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Floor installation is charged by square footage. Stair case installation is charged per step. Demolition is also charged separately due to its wide variety. Details are always discussed with customer before we start the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer reaches out to me with his/her project. I schedule an appointment with them. After, I come take look at what needs to be done, give an estimate of cost, and answer any questions the customer may have. I always like to come take a look, discus details, and give the customer a solution that works for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years of college education and training in construction. 20+ years of experience working in construction; working with clients, doing floor installation, home building, finish carpentry, and tile and slab work.
