Leon and his team bid on installing luxury vinyl plank over our damaged hardwood floors and over tile in the master bath. I could not have been more impressed with the job he did, and the attention to detail on every aspect of the project. And when the flooring shipment was delayed (not his fault) we asked if he’d be willing to take on painting our master bedroom and our daughter’s room. He said, as he often did throughout our project, “No problem!” I have never been more impressed by a contractor that I found online. Simply top notch, and we already plan to have him back out to lay down flooring in our remaining bathrooms. I would not hesitate to recommend Leon and his team to anyone for a home project. If he says it’s “no problem,” believe him!
Details: Luxury vinyl flooring • 1,001 - 1,500 sq ft • I will purchase the materials • Home • Owner

Leon arrived on time, tore up the carpet, and installed laminate flooring in a 200 sq ft room in under 4 hours. He did a fantastic job and charged about 40% less than competing bids. Highly recommend!

L&A were an incredible find! We used Leo for leveling/repairing our uneven basement floor & for installing our thin plank LVP. absolutely insanely beautiful quality, we couldn’t be happier! (before & after pics)
Will be reaching out again for future projects, L & A Family Builds LLC made my first home renovation experience a good one, they were very responsive, respectful, transparent, hardworking, trustworthy and efficient. Very happy with the new flooring they installed!
