Amazing work! Quick and efficient. Great communication and prompt responses. Even with a few unexpected bumps in the project, Avenir and Ben did a fantastic job. Baseboards, door casing and some unfinished flooring, complete in one day! Would definitely recommend.

Modern View Flooring did a great job with some water damage from a broken dishwasher water supply line on my engineered hardwood floors. Avenir replaced all the subfloor that had moisture, and then replaced all the affected boards. You cant tell there was ever any damage. He was quick and clean, and very communicative. He can do whole houses as well. I highly recommend Modern View Flooring!

I hired Modern View Flooring to install new flooring in our bedroom. During the process, the contractor discovered that the floors were uneven.
