Kate came into our home, which hadn't had a thorough cleaning in a quite some time. I not only have a disability that limits me, we had also lost a child a few years ago, which rendered us useless. She immediately sized up the situation and told me what she thought she could do in the amount of time we had agreed on. When she called to let me know she had finished in a little under the time, she had accomplished more! I was amazed! I walked in to a fresh smelling, sparkling clean, dust free home! All the cupboards, even on top were clean! The bathroom, gleaming! The living room, which I hadn't expected her to touch, had every surface and picture frame clean and dusted, It was so far Above and Beyond my expectations, I not only recommend Kate, I am her new cheerleader! On top of that, she was kind and understanding, and not for one moment made me feel ashamed of the condition of my house. Thanks Kate! I can finally invite a friend over for coffee with my head held high!

I was thoroughly impressed with Kate from the get-go. She was prompt in responding to my questions through email and we were able to get an appointment scheduled in the time frame I wanted. I was so impressed with the quality of work she and her team put into my home. Kate was honest and upfront about where she felt the greatest need was and put forth the effort to complete the tasks. As a result, the rooms were sparkling clean!

Katie has started cleaning my house in Longview and I could not be happier. Because I had been using a subpar housekeeper for years out of loyalty, Kate's team really had to deep clean my home just to get it to ground zero. She brought back the luster to my wood floors and even made all my appliances look brand new. The best part, which I did not expect, was she even did my laundry, including folding. I am an extremely busy single mom with a teenage boy and 3 cats and a Golden Retriever, and i could not be more grateful for the assistance. She is a little pricey for the area so I only use her every other week but she does more in two visits than what other professionals do in 4 and it lasts. She also is extremely responsive as far as touching base with me both before and after.

The job consisted mostly of heavy dusting and deep cleaning of one bathroom. Kate is very good on communication and the cleaning professional, Amanda, showed up on time and removed as much dust as time allowed. After she cleaned, our home didn't smell like we just had just refinished our hardwood floors. Bottom line, I would hire Katie Clean again.
