- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always running some sort of special! For instance in December we are offering a gutter special for just $100! (Single story homes only)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a phone call to make sure we are the best fit for one another. Then we do a 1/2 hour free in home consultation. This can be the same day of the cleaning if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning homes since I was a teen. I started a company in 2015 with a friend, and as we well all know that doesn’t work too well. Then in 2018 I started this company.
