What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You became aware of the Clean and Green Club via contact with a 3rd party marketing firm (in this case, Thumbtack). When you follow the firms directions, you are introduced to local organization such as ours. You provide us with a description of your cleaning desires and we do the cleaning.
The above is the simple version. Below are the details...
WHOLE HOUSE vs. SPOT CLEANING
1. The Clean and Green Club will read your request / bid and try to make a determination of exactly what you are needing. We divide the requests into potential housekeeping (spot cleaning) and whole house cleaning prospects. We respond to your request accordingly with a standard bid based on the available information provided in your work description / bid request.
Standard Housekeeping / Spot Cleaning - 3 hours / one worker (Additional criteria required to qualify - contact us for details)
Rapid Housekeeping / Spot Cleaning - 1.5 hours / two workers (subject to labors resource availability)
Standard Spot Cleaning - 2 hours / one worker (3rd day service delivery)
Standard Whole House Initial Cleaning - Contact us for a phone estimate or to coordinate an onsite visitation for a free in-home estimate.
2. Should you find our response favorable, we are provided with your contact information and we will contact you to tighten the estimate. With so many choices, you may find your needs weren't as great as you originally thought them to be.
3. When we confirm your order, we set a date and send you an email or an SMS msg. The confirmation contains;
- the specifics of our agreement re: date time and address of the work location
- a link to our calendaring system where you can quickly and easily make adjustments to the date and time of your appointment.

We provide you with the ease of debit / credit card payment via email or you can simply call us to make payment Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service delivery personnel are all owner / operators of entrepreneurial businesses in your community. As a condition of membership, these SMB's agree to utilize green / natural cleaning products that we suggest in the operation of their business activities.
The club provides training (typically) supplied by the manufacturers and distributors on the correct usage, application and disposal of their products. Where no materials or training is supplied by a manufacturer or distributor, the Club undertakes the effort to test and record the results of the product, equipment or material involved in the cleaning for which the manufacturer intended use.
The Club is not a scientific research organization. We do not claim that we are experts, just that we have used the items we promote in real life cleaning conditions and determined the validity of the manufacture's claims to our satisfaction.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
We have a standard pricing scheme that permits you to elect to obtain a phone or in-home estimate. Our bids per job are extremely competitive and typically not quite as high as the franchise cleaning companies we compete with. Here are the details;
This option may be ordered for delivery of service Tuesdays through Thursdays in increments of 1.5 to 3 hours. Typically, this order is completed by a single worker, but occasionally (due to scheduling and transportation allocations) two maids may be dispatched. If you order spot cleaning for three (3) hours and two maids arrive, they will work 1.5 hours each NOT 3 CLOCK HOURS. You may obtain a discount on spot cleaning by visiting our webpage and search on the term “COUPON”.
You may obtain initial cleaning estimate by calling us directly. We perform initial cleaning Monday through Fridays during regular business hours. When you access us via a third party marketing organization, we honor the procedures stipulated by the marketing firm. Typically, those requirements require that we coordinate through the facilitations supplied by the marketer such as secure email, chat, or a coordinated information exchange. Normally, we must complete our end of the transaction to acquire your contact information.
We do not have your personal information before you contact us. We just have the job description and the opportunity to inform you of our business offerings.
Pricing for initial cleaning is quoted on;
The size of your home in square feet (you may not know that figure)
The cleanliness condition of your household (is the house disorganized or messy?)
The special conditions that need to be addressed (disabled occupants or large pets)
If you always include the Clean and Green Club in your response request, we will supply you with competitive pricing when you select us for a response.
The initial cleaning is a onetime action. If we perform to your satisfaction and you invite us back for REPEAT CLEANINGS.
The repeat cost will be lower because we will coordinate appropriate cleaning to keep your home sparkling.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Currently, Club service vendors conduct over 100 various cleanings per day (spot cleaning, housekeeping, whole house initial cleanings, and repeat cleanings of every style). Cleaning is redundant by it's very nature, so it's not practical to consider one job more favorable than another.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a few choices in the decision to hire a maid/cleaning service company. Initially, there should be questions that need to be asked:
• Are they licensed, bonded, and insured?
• Do they send out the same maids for every cleaning?
• Do they have local referrals in the area?
• Do they verify their employees entering you home?
• Can they offer you an honest fee for their services without engaging in the predatory up-selling practices that usually comes after the initial pricing?
We can answer yes to all of these questions and any credible and/or reputable company should be able to do so as well.

a) YES – Great! It takes less time to clean an organized home and organized household recognize that cleanliness isn’t the same thing as messiness.
b) NO – Not a problem, just another question… of who will be responsible for whom and what that will involve (go to next question).
2) How many people reside with you and are they engage in activities that involve frequent guests?
a) YES – We like large active families with lots of friends! Typically, regular 15 day cycle whole house repeat cleaning will address your basic needs. Additional delegation of cleaning and housekeeping options can be arranged.
b) NO – Smaller homes with fewer residents have different needs. If you have elderly dependents, newborns, or just an empty nest circumstance; we can coordinate a cleaning support agenda that you can afford.
3) Do you have children, pets or boarder residing in the household?
a) YES – Unlike elderly dependents and newborns; dogs, cats, toddlers to teenagers, and especially basement dwelling adult dependents have special cleaning needs that we fully understand. We’re here to help and only a phone call away.

ii) All other rooms require mostly dry cleaning and polishing. Our approach to the mundane work of sweeping, dusting, and wiping is regular repeat house cleaning but, you may prefer to care for your own heirlooms and prized possessions.
