- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are above average because I am not your wipe down, cheap service. My prices are based upon a home that needs a little tlc, your actual cost might be cheaper once job is seen. I offer multiple discounts and referal programs as well. I always require a consultation in person. Anyone who is quoting you a job without looking, is either going to charge you more once the job is complete or isn't providing quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person, discuss details, meet pets, make sure its a great fit for you and me both. Go over details and give you my welcome packet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning homes for over 10 years, mostly specializing in rental flips, now mastering regular home maintaince.
