Vlad and the TopView Painting & Construction crew handled a big mix of work at our Tigard home and did a great job. They completed a full exterior repaint with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint, replaced damaged cedar siding, pressure-washed and stained the deck, rebuilt the deck stairs full-width, installed a living-room window, remodeled the basement staircase with new treads and risers, installed hallway laminate, put in an island range hood with the soffit/vent chase, and cleaned the concrete. Prep was thorough — wash, scrape, prime, caulk — and they protected landscaping, windows, and interiors. When extra items came up (rotted trim, extra coat on trim, grading and sod by the new stairs), they handled them and kept the site reasonably clean.

Communication was straightforward and they showed up ready to work. House looks finished and consistent. Would hire them again.

Vlad and his team is exceptional. Attention to detail and an eye for beautifying imperfections. The team was very professional and respectful of the property. The prep work was like a work of art which allowed the paint work to shine. They sealed the baseboard to give it a clean finish which I would have never thought to request. This is what makes this team highly professional, knowledgeable and their craftsmanship is utterly impressive.
